BEGINNER – new to working out, have past injuries you are working through or haven’t worked out in a while
P90: This program is the perfect way to get back into the swing of things. It eases you into a lifestyle of fitness while knocking out an effective workout in only 30 minutes.
PiYo: This program combines pilates + yoga but kicks it up a notch by adding speed and agility to get that serious fat burn and toning effect that everyone’s looking for. Like regular pilates and yoga, this is a low impact workout so great for people with injuries / recovering injuries.
21-Day Fix: This program is only 21 days long! It combines a fitness + nutrition plan that takes the guesswork out of what to eat / do. This is the program I found success with and ultimately what made me fall in love with health and fitness! The workouts can range from low impact (modified version) to high impact (adjusting the intensity by increasing weights) so it’s really something that can be for anyone! The best part: workouts are only 30 minutes!
INTERMEDIATE – you’re not a newbie but looking to get more toned
P90X: The “X” stands for “Extreme”. You’ve probably heard of this program before because someone you know has done it before! This program is for those that are looking to kick it up a notch!
P90X2: This the next level up from P90X. It includes more agility training, core strength and balance training.
P90X3: The last of the P90X-Series and the shortest! These workouts are only 30 minutes long but pack in the results in a short period of time.
ADVANCED – you workout regularly but are looking for a serious cardio challenge
T25: This program is a serious cardio workout! It’s only 25 minutes but you are burning calories the WHOLE time. Great for those that have a higher endurance, maybe be runners and/or can handle 25 minutes of jumping, non-stop!
Insanity: If the name doesn’t give it away, this program is for serious cardio and weight loss results.
Insanity: The Asylum: The next level up from Insanity for those looking to kick it up a notch!
COORDINATION – you like aerobics, zumba and DANCING!
Turbo Jam: Combination of kickboxing, dancing and body sculpting to tone muscles while burning fat! This is a 45 minute workout.
Hip Hop Abs: Dance program that focuses on your abs without incorporating a single crunch!
TurboFire: This dance workout is HIIT which means it incorporates intervals to get you burning more fat calories than your regular cardio workout!
CIZE: Shaun T’s BRAND NEW dance workout that’s sure to enhance your dance skills while burning fat. Feels like anything BUT exer-cize!
