It’s that time again! FREE Challenge Time!
What’s a free challenge? Once a month I host short fitness challenge via private Facebook group. These challenges consist of quick workouts that you can do from anywhere with no equipment required! The idea is to get you moving and know that you don’t need a gym membership or fancy equipment to get a good workout. This month we are focusing on our CORE and doing a bunch of plank variations!
